This affordable housing project is a mix of townhouses and two low-rise apartment buildings for Brisbane Housing Company. CDI Architects was engaged to update the existing development approval to increase the unit yield to 69 residences, adopting a more appropriate design for the specific requirements of BHC. The 56 units are a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units spread across two 3 storey blocks. Many units are designed to allow for adaptable living. One block has been approved for the National Rental Affordability Scheme, with the other set aside for BHC clients.
